Cancellation and Refund Policy
A polygraph examination may be cancelled or a new appointment
time scheduled with eight (8) hours notice to the examiner by telephone
only.
All deposits paid are non-refundable, with some limited exceptions (see
"refund policy" below). Once an appointment for a requested polygraph exam
has been schedule the appointment may be cancelled by contacting your
examiner at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If less than
24 hours notification is given to the examiner (including no-shows), the
customer will be responsible for paying the balance of the exam fee to the
examiner. This is a firm and enforced policy since the examiner cannot
typically fill an open appointment with less than 24 hours notice, so any
short-notice cancellation usually results in lost income for our examiner.
REFUND POLICY
If a cancellation notice is not received at least eight (8) hours before the
prearranged appointment time or the examinee fails to appear or to be
examined for any reason, then the full amount of the fee is due.
We recommend that you do not schedule the polygraph examination until you
are reasonably certain that you intend to follow through with the testing
process.
